Regulation Acceptance
Booking an accommodation at the Relais Cocci Grifoni implies acceptance of these regulations. The booker is responsible for it personally and for the people accompanying them.
Rates
Prices are expressed in Euros and are intended for the room booked and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water, towels and bed linen) and, where applicable, the indicated meals (breakfast). We reserve the right to change the published prices of our accommodations at any time without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
Booking & Deposit
Guests can make an online reservation using the booking system on our website.
To confirm the booking the guest must provide their data: telephone number, e-mail address, the holiday period, the number of people and the details of a valid credit card which will be required to guarantee the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Relais Cocci Grifoni reserves the right to carry out the pre-authorisation.
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the type of accommodation. Please check which conditions apply before selecting an option.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon expiry of the free cancellation terms by bank transfer or by debit on the booker’s credit card. In case of booking without a credit card as guarantee or to book a number of rooms equal to or greater than three, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking amount is required.
N.B. In case of bank transfer, the guest has 1 working day to make the deposit, while the balance must be credited to us the tenth day before arrival. (Ex. Arrival January 15th, the transfer must be available in our account on January 5th).
In case of a non-refundable rate, the entire amount must be paid in advance by credit card. If the times indicated above are not respected, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the accommodation will be made available for new requests.

Cancellation policy
Reservations canceled within the free cancellation terms (if applicable) do not involve any charge, therefore any pre-authorization will be canceled.
Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the full amount of the reservation being charged.
In case of an early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will be retained. In case of a promotional, non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded in any case.
The reservation must be modified or canceled in writing, within the established terms, by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and must be confirmed in writing by Relais Cocci Grifoni.
Accommodation unavailability
If force majeure prevents the booked room from being available, Relais Cocci Grifoni reserves the right to assign another room with similar or superior characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the booking, reimbursing the amount paid to the guest, without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation in any way. It should be noted that apart from what the guest has paid, nothing else will be refunded or compensated, therefore no request for compensation will be taken into consideration.
Arrival – Balance – Security Deposit
On the day of arrival, check-in is available from 14.00 to 18.00
Upon arrival, guests must show a valid ID. If valid IDs are not presented, the reservation will be canceled and the entire amount paid by the guest will be withheld.
The following payment methods are accepted on site for any extra services:
– Cash
– Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carta Sì, Bancomat)
Departure
On the day of departure, the guest is required to leave the room by 12:00, unless otherwise agreed. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings or furniture must be compensated.
Animals / Pets
Small pets are accepted at the Resort, but not in all rooms, we have reserved 2 rooms for guests traveling with pets. The presence of the pet must be communicated before booking. The cost of the pet is €15 per day. If their presence is not communicated, Relais Cocci Grifoni reserves the right to charge the guests for the inconvenience for an amount equal to €100 per day.
Rules during your stay
Please check the efficiency of the accomodation and notify us of any anomaly or deficiency within and no later than 24 hours following your arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to make a copy of the room keys: trespassing, in absence of authorisation, constitutes a serious criminal offense punishable by law. In case of lost keys, the guest will be charged a fee of €100 for the damage caused.
It is forbidden to stay in the rooms for more than the maximum number of people allowed. It is forbidden to allow strangers to enter the structure without having previously communicated it to the manager or the staff and having received express consent.
All rooms are delivered clean and functional.
Bar & Pool
We kindly ask our guests not to consume their own drinks and/or snacks by the pool
